This is a dev site (dev79) but I am watching idx updates daily to ensure all is coming through OK (days away from going live). MLS = NNRMLS.

New listings entered yesterday did not get updated in my last feed (3 AM today). Can you please check and verify that the problem won't re-occur?

Hi Mitch,

I checked into this for you. The script that updates the database on our end ran fine last night. However, the issue appears to be on the data providers (fnismls) end.
The data files on the FTP server were not updated since Sept 11 6:28 AM

I will send them notification that their data files are not updating.

Hi Aaron -

Again, no updates on 9-13. They did upgrade to a new version on 9-11 and probably messed up the feed. Will you stay on them or do I need to take action as well?

Please let me know. I need stability here.

I emailed them yesterday - still have not heard back on the issue. But the issue is indeed a problem with their system - not ours.

The MLS told me the site was updated today at 7.30 AM so we should be good for tomorrow.

Question - my MLS told me that they update files daily starting at 3.00 AM and ending at 8.00 AM. It looks like the REW script is updating at about 3.00 AM. Would it be possible to have this script update at 8:00 AM to ensure I do not have a 'lag' by one day?
