I am wondering how much google takes into affect keyword relevancy for each page? I have been trying to add a lot of my keywords to my web pages, but I dont want to do too much. It says many of many of my pages are at 100% for keyword relevancy. Can you get blacklisted for having too many keywords?

It may very well be viewed by the search engines as "keyword stuffing."

Glancing through it fairly quickly, it didn't seem "stuffed".
I ran it through a checker, and it didn't detect anything. Looks like you are in good shape. ![]()

You want to make the text on your site read as if you were speaking to the visitor. Let's look at the first paragraph on your home page,
"Welcome to my website featuring Holland Michigan Real Estate, Zeeland Michigan Real Estate, and other West Michigan Real Estate." Is this the way you would speak to a prospect in person? I don't think so. Now for the second paragraph, "I specialize in helping you buy or sell Holland homes, Zeeland homes, and properties in surrounding areas including Douglas, Fennville, Grand Haven, Hamilton, Hudsonville, Saugatuck, South Haven, and West Olive among others." Take time to read what you are writing and make certain that it seems to properly flow as if it were to be used in conversation. Hope this helps.

Doogers -
I think it looks a little spammy. When you read it, you can tell that it's written for the bots. You have your page organized well into headers - since you're already incorporating your KW's into the headers, the bots will know what the page is about. Quick question - why are you using h3 tags for your subheaders? (example: "Zeeland and Holland Michigan Homes for Sale") It seems to me that h2's would be more appropriate, and it will strengthen your on-site SEO a little.

I like to write copy as more of a combination of conversation and ad copy. Conversation is a time consuming process and time is not a luxury we have on the internet. Ad copy gets to the point quickly which is important if you want to hold on to surfers.
