I noticed today that under one of my search terms in Google underneath my link there was "[ More results from www.propertyportal.ae ]" does this mean my site is gaining more authority?

Its the first time I have noticed this.

It's just something to strive for - it's really hard to get there with a real estate site. For the most part, it's sites that people naturally link to - like the downtown Austin site I used as an example. REW has it for "real estate webmasters" - and probably others.

I think the key to getting 2 of the top spots is to deep link to a specific, on-topic page. For instance, I was able to get this with a somewhat competitive keyword - and I'm fairly certain it's because I deep link to that page quite a bit.
