we are currently working on a new design for our real estate optimization site, and I am trying to come up with a great fade in tagline that emphasizes 2 things

#1 An amazing looking website = more sales
#2 A top search engine ranking = more sales
We do both better than anyone else

That is the message I want to get across but obivously in its most conceptual form.

I really want to push the importance of having an amazing website not just in appearence but of course the all important lead conversion. And we all know why having high SE rankings to go along with a great converting site makes sense.

I don't think our message should be meant to target new realtors without budgets because quite honestly most of the time, we are to expensive for your newbie realtor with no income (Although our template project is nearly complete and we will be able to offer that) but obviously I'd like more $5000 designs with $2000 per month internet marketing budgets then be landing $500 template clients with $30 hosting fees. (The templates we will land via referral and PPC so no need to push them)

So yeah, lets here it. What would sell you as a top realtor who is now ready to dominate your local market in the big bad world of search engines.

One thing I used to run into newbies= mostly no money

Top producers have enough biz

I would offer a 100% money back guarantee but that's only after 1 year

That is actually going to be part of my marketing strategy, if you are not happy with the sites performance after 1 year we will buy it back at say 150% the cost - (We know noone is going to sell a top ranked website once it starts converting leads, and we know even if someone was so innept that they couldnt convert a single lead, we could sell it for 300% to the top team, or even lease it to them.

But that doesnt really fall into what Im asking, I need to brainstorm a message, something quick that gets their attention - "Dominate your local real estate searches, and sell them as they land" sort of thing but that was really lame, heh

Its tough because I am trying to sell 2 things with one pitch (a great site, and great rankings)

Actually now that I am looking at what I typed something like
A great website - accompanied by a screen of one of designs (Fades out)
+ great search engine rankings - accompanied by a screen a top ranking in a competitive market our site in purple of course (Fades out)
= one GREAT YEAR! fade in some picture of a realtor getting top sales honors or something.

I dunno thats one idea, but open to feedback

I think you will do well. The thing I can count on with you M is that at least you produce what you say you will ...

I like you pitch San diego, but remember this is for a short flash intro, also we dont have live access to agents leads, so cant provide that data, but it is true, many of our clients are now taking on teams because of their search engine success, just look at Jeff Lundquist at igotrealestate. He is now traveling around to sales seminars etc while his team is safe at home closing deals and taking names, all from the site.

It's great having the rankings etc to back our talk, but our issue is really selling those people who dont know what top SE results mean, any referalls we get from SE saavy realtors, we close assuming we arent to pricey (Always get a kick out of that one, always gets me " I make 50 k per year in commsions but you want me to pay 25 k in order to make 500k NO WAY!" how is that for logic
