Just so you know - REW Lead Management is still in beta, but I have launched this forum for those already using it to provide feedback, suggestions etc
Also I am using the very same Lead Management System at Real Estate Webmasters to process all of my leads, so you will see a lot of posts from me regarding my own suggestions, feedback etc. I hope to have this system in full release at the end of October.

Will this include the ability to view my registrants' saved searches, saved favorite listings, and the ability to automatically email them updated listings from their saved searches?
Or is that a whole different functionality from the 'lead management system'...?

Let me know if you need additional volunteers. I'm tired of TP already, or at least their month charges.

Lydia, does your IDX not currently automatically email leads from saved searches? If it doesn't it should, lets get that figured out for you.
In terms of viewing saved favorites and saved searches, yes you can do both of those things right out of the box. You can also view their visits to see what pages they view, and how many times they view each page (And the referrer if provided, such as Google etc along with date and time for each visit)

No - this will not work with websites with older versions of the CMS, or websites on our older servers (Which are due to be phased out)
The good news - there is no charge to move your website to the new server, nor upgrade the core CMS. In terms of cost of integrating the application - that depends, it will just be a function of billable time - I definitely want to keep it under 3 hours, but some of our customers have very complicated websites with tons of different custom contact forms etc, those all need to be hooked up, so for them it will take longer. I have no "real" cost predictions yet as I want to make sure we do this right. There may be a monthly charge for this as well "If" it requires additional hardware (This charge is not for profit, it is to cover cost if it happens) - I can foresee if it gets popular enough, it will require it's own high end box which would go for $1500+ a month which would be split approximately between users. So if there were 150 users, it would be $10 a month, if there were 300 users it would be $5 a month and so forth - once again, I don't know at this point yet - I need to make sure it kicks ass and helps you guys and gals generate business, then I can start worrying about how much it is costing me ![]()

Morgan,
You may want to start labeling this as a "CRM", the common term for this kind of system. It has ramifications beyond lead management, when you can set up closed clients on a "past client" drip campaign, and set them up on a community specific weekly search and email alerts so they can monitor RE activity in their new community. When it comes to allocating costs/charges, if it comes down to it, it may be wise to think about a tiered structure based on number of agents supported, with single agent sites free, a small surcharge for up to 5 agents, and more than 5 agents paying a premium, since number of agents/users active on the system will drive resource utilization more than anything else.

A per agent fee is certainly something to consider - thanks for your insight Ronnie.
CRM - I think "referring" to it as a CRM is a good idea, but I will want some sort of brandable name for it as well.
