Was going to suggest it, but it appears you can already sort your leads by the different columns

Full Name \ Join Date \ Status \ Number of visits \ Number of Notes

There is one field that this default system is missing, and that is "Most Recent Activity" I think this is a very important field to many customers, and I know it would be helpful for me as well.
