I need a quote as follows:

1) Implementation of new CMS at www.FreeNevadaMove.com.

[ I have not seen any feature lists bu will need the ability to minimally view a client's saved search criteria, saved listings] (I'd like to be able to edit the saved searches but this may need to be added - see below).

(After I review how the features work, I may need to add/change items, which would generate an additional request for quote).

Also, please clarify status of new CMS - feature complete? beta? level of stability?
