What a great forum!!! Hi.. my name is Eric and I am the owner of International Listings. This is a personal site which I have maintained for approximately 5 years in the area of luxury property listings. I hope I can contribute some thoughts and ideas to this forum from my experience with my site. I am a website designer by profession but this site is something I do on my own.

After 5 years of working this site I have learned a few lessons about what seems to work and doesnt work with regards to search engines, especially google.

My site has been ranked number one on google for almost a year for the search Luxury Property For Sale and number one for many other country specific searches such as Luxury Homes For Sale Italy, Brazil, France, etc.....

I hope to be able to check in on this forum on a daily basis and maybe I can offer some answers to questions and pose a few myself.......
