I'm currently investing in a luxury community and have been very successful. I wanted to share this excellent opportunity with other wealthy investors, but was not sure where to find them.
Does anyone have wealthy investors as clients that have been looking for luxury properties to invest in? I'll be happy to go into more detail about the luxury community and the investment. |

I would imagine that if you seriously wanted to get the attention of anyone who does have money or investors with money, you may want to include more details as to what it is and why it is a good as opposed to "luxury properties to invest in"...

Brandon,
The company that introduced me to the property offers a referral fee for leads that close. Just for the sake of providing you with an opportunity that I found to be very successful, I'll tell you a bit about the property. It's a luxury gated community located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of western North Carolina just southeast of Asheville. It's 4,000 acres with 900 planned homesites. The project will be completed in 3-5 years. This opportunity peaked my interest because 1)it is the site of the 2006 HGTV dream home (I know how particular they are with selecting a community to build on) 2)the available lots have incredible views of Lake Lure, NC. They are situated in the Blue Ridge Mountains and are absolutely breathtaking. 3)hearing that this company had an average 193% ROI made me think, why not take a closer look So if you think that this opportunity would interest your clients, I'd be happy to pass along the contact info. It doesn't hurt to look into new opportunities and it would benefit you as well! |

There is no need to search for wealthy investors. Keep yourself updated and they will search you. You should attend seminars and webminars to keep yourself updated.

I think I have seen this post on another forum. Are you selling these lots? If so this post should be considered spam in that you are not being up front with us. Your website makes it look like you are selling these lots. Are you?

I've received marketing material from the developer of this community...I agree...looks like she is selling the lots.

I'm a little confused - what exactly is the strategy you are recommending? Sit in my office, keep myself "updated" and my phone will start ringing off the hook with wealthy investors looking to buy real estate? That sounds like a pretty good deal...
