I have been using 2 Swicki's for the last year. They generate some traffic and may be worth your effort. You create the swicki and set it to favor your site in the results. I went in the adminstration area and added tags that I wanted traffic for.

If you visit my swickis, be sure to type in some Alabama Gulf Coast Beach vacation condo and home type search phrases and help build my tag cloud with terms I haven't thought of.

I have to be honest. If I clicked on that page from my search result, there would be no way for me to hit my "back" button fast enough.

It doesn't make any sense, doesn't have instructions and you have no idea where you are going when you click any of the links.

No, I wouldn't be any more trusting. Tag clouds are silly and don't make sense to average Joe consumer. The big and small font makes it even worse. They looks like a run on sentences written by a four year old.

I'm not harping on you, I'm just talking about clouds in general. They also look very spammy and disorganized...

I'm with Ryan. Even if those were "instant #1 google keyword" generators - I wouldn't use them because they are absolutely horrid for a user.

If I came across those, I couldn't hit my back button fast enough - and I wouldn't ever go back to that site.

What people end up on is a meta search engine result page, not the page with just a bunch of meta tags that was originally linked to.
