Default IDX Navigation Problems

I'm trying to get this all cleaned up and I'm doinga thorough check. I have come across these issues:
  • When you are logged in, why do you need to re-enter your information to "schedule an appointment" This seems like a user would expect the system to already know this and not ask for it again. On the "More information" it already prefills those sections of the form.
  • If you "add to favorites" from the listing search results page, it goes to a screen that says it has been saved. From their it only has an option to take you to the listing details page, which a user would not have even been to. It needs to take them back to the search results page. This was confusing to me and I'm sure it would be confusing to a consumer.
  • IDX does not show half bathroom on search results or details pages. This is important.
  • Favorites button needs to show on all pages when a user is logged in and has favorites saved. Not just the main search page. It's too hard for users to find their saved favorites.
  • Remove the vitual tour link from the middle of the details page that is right above school information. It is located farther up the page so this one is redundant.
  • When someone enters and goes to save a search, the field filled in with the term "Enter Search Name" needs to disappear like it does on the details page when you save the search. Also, it currently allows users to save the search without them entering a name. I would think it needs to make them enter a name for the search. Ideally, I would like this to be a button like the one shown here:
http://www.ryanwardrealestate.com/id...8/details.html

When you click the "save this search" button a new field opens for the user to save the search. this is what I thought I was getting in the work order to avoid the "this page uses scripted windows" problem. I would like the second button to say "Save Search".

Please let me know if all of this makes sense. I will try to explain better if necessary.

Thank you,

Ryan
