I was curious to hear from everybody on how many sales were actually closed so far this year from their internet leads? From this we can see the websites that are actually converting the most leads and I think we can actually learn from other people.

While I appreciate the jest of your question as far as converting leads into sales, I think the more important question is how much have you made from your site this year? I'll start the answers with over $115,000.

I haven't made $115K ....but alot from the site. Also, its hard to quantify because many times times I get the listing because I show them my site and some of the things it can do.

Thanks Mark. The most successful tool on my site is that I require registrations for visitors to search for homes. I know that this can also generate a topic of discussion, but I find it works best for me.

I agree with Susan. It is hard to measure exactly for me. I hardly lose a listing appointment as a result of my placement in search engines. I didn't get the appointment from my sites, but I got the listings because I have the tools to get my client's properties the most exposure. One of my plans is to track these buyer leads a little more closely starting now.

Susan and Darren let me ask a question, How many listing appointments have been generated from your site? By your participation in this forum and your obvious concern with your site there is no doubt in my mind that you would not lose a listing because of your site ranking. However, knowing that a listing appointment was obtained directly from your site makes it possible to track that portion of the income from the site.
