Default Idx issues

Can I have these issues looked @

1) When on a listings page mortgage calculators not centered http://www.charlottencbuyersagent.co...alculator.html

2) Have both the map search and idx search be set on "active" listings as the default? In other words it will only show active listings unless somebody changes it to see pending etc.

3) Remove listing agent info from thumbnail results.....it's already there on the details pages. I have seen this done and believe it will still be compliant. Also can street address be added to results (thumbnails)

4) Do I have the ability to change the title tags on the map search page and this page http://www.charlottencbuyersagent.co...es_search.php? If not I can email the info.

5) Also on this page http://www.charlottencbuyersagent.co...ies_search.php whenever I go to a listing page and hit the back button or back to search it goes here www.charlottencbuyersagent.com/idx/ It also goes here from the quick search off the home page. Essentially, I have the same page with two different urls.

Thanks! - Tim

I've sent a message to design to clean that up for you.

I believe that the search will only display Active listings. I will ask Duncan to confirm this is the case.

It's likely there for a reason. I'll get confirmation from our IDX co-ordinator about that and the possibility of adding the address.

Please email this information to me.

We'll get that fixed up and add a redirect from /idx/ to the /properties_search.php page.

Your IDX currently searches all statuses. I could add an option to your search form if you'd like the user to be able to specify the listing status in their search. This change would take about half an hour.

Coincidentally, the CMLS compliance people contacted me and told me to remove the agent name.

We set up a redirect, so /idx/ will now go to properties_search.php

Thanks for the redirect. The option to search different statuses is already there on the search page. By default it is set to "no preference" . I guess if possible I would rather it be set to active unless somebody goes down and wants to change it.

That would be great to remove the listing agents info from the search results. Just keep it on the listing details page. Thanks!

Oops! I forgot the dropdown was already there. "Active" is now the default selection on the search form

As for the Agents info, I had to remove it entirely from the site for compliance:

Also, I noticed that on some listings you include the agent name. This is not permitted (we probably shouldn’t include it in the data feed). Regardless, please remove the listing agent information.

Is the listing agent name being removed still in the works? Thx!

Hi Tim,

Where are you still seeing the agent name? It was removed last week. Perhaps you mean the Office name? - that has to stay.

Yeah, I mean the listing office. Please get clarification....I've looked @ lots of other cmls sites and it doesn't have to be on the results page. I know it has to be on the details pages like this....
I would much rather have the address there instead of having the listing office listed twice? I could call the board if needed.

Here is another idx I believe you built without that info http://www.lovingcharlotte.com/idx/s...&search_title=
