#2: This is the real estate chat section - what does your post about congressional data etc have to do with "real estate" - please post in appropriate forums (When not self promoting of course)
#3: I am on my first coffee and am a bit cranky - but nonetheless, you need to read and abide by the rules at all times -

No matter how beneficial "You" think a service would be to our members, if it is a service "You" have created, you cannot hype or promote it here. What you can do however (After you have reviewed someone else's site of course, another rule) is post your application in the website reviews section and as the members what they think of it (Not in a promotional way, but in a hey look what I made, kind of way) that way you will get feedback as well as users if they actually think it is worth their time.
