Default FSBOs, Expireds, and Foreclosures - Which ones do you dabble in?

I figured i'd bring this topic up, as i'm trying to formulate a plan to get me out of the office every day and prospecting for clients.

I was thinking about it, and in my area, there just aren't enough FSBOs and Expireds to do a bread-and-butter business for just pursing one of them.

So after thinking about it, I thought, maybe i should decide that I will contact X number of FSBOs and Expireds on a certian day of the week (Monday-Friday) and either stop at their property, call them, or send them a hand written note.

I also have access to the legal filings in my county for daily foreclosure actions, and thought it might be a good thing to contact them too.

Are there any certian programs you personally do for contacting them, or is there a certain ammount of any category you contact on a daily-weekly basis?
