I am in process of selling an Agricultural property. The standard disclosures of California do not specify what I need to do for this kind of property. Has anybody done these transactions and if they did what should I be doing. I already have ordered Natural Hazards Disclosure from propertyid.com

In my area we have a form that we use to disclose the new buyer of noise & smell. We have to disclose this to all buyers who buy near ag land.
