Hi guys,

The IDX map is mapping this listing:

In the wrong place. If you copy that address to regular G maps it pulls up the correct location. Not sure if this is an isolated event or something sitewide.

Here's the problem. Geocoding is not always accurate. See this link to google maps geocoder:

Notice how it returns 3 results? - (None of them are the correct location ) The only thing we can do is choose the first one. Which sometimes happens to be incorrect.

What can we do about this? - We already have gone to the top of the ladder as far as google geocoding with the Enterprise level support. So there is not much that we can do unless we manually inscpect each geocode - with a few million of them in our databases - this is not possible.

If this listing is important that it maps correctly - I can manaully adjust it to the correct location.

No problem, I worked it out with the client. I just wasn't sure if there was something wacky going on that you guys should know about...
