Which Listing Do You Generally Sell?
I am running a similar poll on my blog but I thought I may get better response here, since my blog does not have that many visitors.
So my poll is based on this: Presume you are covering the floor and get a call from a potential buyer about a particular listing and the buyer agrees to work with you. Do you generally sell him/her the same listing she/he originally was interested in? I would appreciate your participation.

I hit "Never Sell The Listing" I guess it should be sometimes...I have a offer on one property right now that was the one the buyer called about.
It's a very rare thing though, most of the time they hate it. I did have a buyer call in ,and was working with an agent, that agent did represent the buyer on the highest/best offer that sold the property. 2/15 times to my memory.

That's alright, I will counted as sometimes- I doing some research which will help me to put some ground down for a PPC campaign strategy on my blog. Thanks for taking part in this poll.

I agree with Jim, after nearly 20 years I've learned it happens but very rarely.
