No , not self promotion, but I thought I'd post about the software I use and LOVE that's free.

Maybe other agents here have favorites that they can post.


#1 is Gimp 2 ............. Very Photoshopesque when it comes to it, open source and updated regularly. Really great for cropping and editing photos, quality and sizing ect.

#2 is Autostitch........I've been looking for something that will stich mutiple photos together, and THIS IS IT! Another company (VisualTours) wants $30/mo to give you a stitch program/hosting and the like, being cheap as I am , i found this program and it works GREAT!

Gimp I love myself and do all my graphic work through it. It can take some time to learn how to do all the functions that are in photoshop but it worth it. The first Google logo was created in it!

Gimp is probably better or just as good a photoshop but I use MS paint just because i know it inside and out.

Does autostitch give you a way to host the panoramic photos to use as a virtual tour?

No , personally, if you wanted to do a virtual tour with that, you may have good results by using them in windows movie maker w/ a few addons.
