Default Anybody using an REW template like this?

I hope to get an REW template or maybe even custom site in the near future. My wife has been talking to some builders in our area, since things are slow they are of course not happy with the agents that are marketing their subdivisions. We are starting to look into maybe working with a couple of builders. If it is not common in your area, many builders here list their subdivision with an agent, a few have their own agents.

Is anybody using an REW template as a strictly 'new subdivision site'? I was thinking of trying to keep the costs down as if we were to do this I would probably want to just have REW do the SEO on it as I can't keep up with my own LOL. A custom site+SEO might scare a builder off but a template+SEO might be doable for them. Except those luxury home guys, they need a custom. Which of course means you could look into being an REW reseller I guess.

As far as how to use it best to an agent's advantage I was thinking that we would offer it to builders as an extension of our premium marketing services and maybe include in the contracts that they own the domain but we own and manage the site, good reason to keep using us. If everybody is already doing this and I missed it please forgive the long post.

I certainly would not let the builder own the domain. I'll PM you with something we did and a domain we own being used to sell a new development. That should give you a pretty good idea of how to set this up.

Thanks Paul! I knew somebody had to be doing this. Great advice, I was wondering which way to go there.
