Hello all and wow what a forum!

After years in retail and other little business enterprises, I decided last year to start a property enterpise (there is so very little that turns me on these days, excepting travel, cars and property). I decided out of those three property would probably enable me to achieve the most, so I thought how I could develop a new business model in an age old area.

So at last I have the model www.ukpropertytycoon.co.uk

In some ways it is fairly altruistic, as it enables anybody to achieve something and I can achieve no more than anybody else, despite doing most of the leg work, but this is how I want it to be.

Anyway take a look, your comments and views would be appreciated. Whilst of course it hints at being UK only (which is not a bad place for property growth!) it is rapidly becoming apparant it is an international affair as people are registering from afar and indeed I shall look at investing internationally as well.

Where it will all go who knows, but the journey looks very exciting at the moment!

And hopefully, through groups like this, learnings, developments and opportunities will be much more rapid and fruitful.
