Nikon D70
I take my own photographs for all of my photos. [Still trying to justify the two years of photography school way back when.]
Anyway, for my birthday this year I was given a Nikon D70 Digital Camera. I plan to do some additional research but wanted to ask if anyone here is/was using that camera for their real estate photography and is there anything I should know about the camera's features or software that might be of help in my efforts? [Ex: virtual tours, etc.] I'm trying to avoid the, "If I would have known then what I know now" syndrome.

Nobody? Ok, back to the manual it is.
BTW, if anyone wonders about the quality of photo this thing puts out here's a Photo I took this weekend. Keep in mind I was using a manually focused 35mm fixed focal length lens. [My new auto focus lens hadn't arrived yet.] Also, the image quality setting was on the second to lowest [low quality] setting. I don't even want to know what the highest setting would look like. yeah, I am looking at the Rebel digital SLR right now due to lense compatability. Pretty amazintg technology

Yeah, it is nice, but then again if there is a digital SLR that you like that is not compatible with your lenses, that is kind of a bummer. Fortunately, the Canon SLRs are nice

Canon makes some of the best cameras and lenses available. I would take either one.
