Custom Forms
I need to have several custom contact/entry forms created for my website currently under development. Initially, this will require a quick phone conversation with the assigned programmer.
What do I need to provide to get this started? THANKS!

Just need the details so I can get you a quote to approve, once approved we will create the project and get you a programmer assigned for consulting.

I'm looking to have several forms currently in use in my office created for online use. I can email you (or the assigned programmer) the forms I'm talking about in PDF format and then maybe you could estimate the time necessary to create the form? The details would speak for themselves, I think. I assume it would be a normal rate for programming ($100) x the hours necessary to create the forms. My guess would be this is a $1500-$2000 project but would need verification once I email/discuss the details of the forms with the programmer. Would that work?
