hi all, in Morocco there's still some cheap and good opportunities there is some lands with a view on the coast and some areas to invest in, for me i'm an agent i'm looking to start a company and looking for partners to join in plz for any other informations u can contact me

I was in Morocco last year and I apologize for saying this but it is a third world den of filth and disease. If you like beggars in the streets following you around for hours and pick pockets on every corner by all means invest in Morocco.

There is however some very nice land on the Atlantic Ocean that is currently being used as cow pastures. As I drove by I thought about how much this land would be worth in the states but then another pick pocket tried to grab my wallet and I came back to my senses. Until they have a stable economy and a sensible government I would stay away from this investment opportunity.

well i think u was just unlucky but pick pockets are in every where about the prices in Morocco its between 30€ to 120€ per meter and some great oppotunities any way if there's no stable economy and a sensible government why did Compass Propreties, MacAnthony Realty International, Fadesa,Mixta and many others invests in here with huge amounts they had bought almost all the cost of Tetouan city form Ceuta to Targa, sorry buddy i think you are not up to date

Your must be correct. I was there last year. I'm sure everything has changed since then.

that's right because nowadays many companies has sold out all of there properties and they are looking for other lands to invest in because you know the price is almost 50% less than other europeean countries, but the real problem that they are not from Morocco so they face some difficulties, for me i found and i have in this times some properties that are really cheap for ex: a 1000m2 luxury villa with a pool and into a golf club with a view on the coast and even a small private beach..... for only 3500€ per metter = 3.500.000,00€ and many others like this one and also lands but when a foreigner person come to buy they said a higher price that why i wanted to star my own business cuz i have experience and strong relations and also possibility of financing the project.
just curious where you been in Morocco cuz a year ago all the companies mentioned before was already started their business in here

I really disagree with you some peoples they visit some areas where its true there's only goats and garbages but as i said some other areas are really so great specially the northen places the ones near to spain (about 40min) y dont you visit Macanthonyrealtyinternational, and compass properties web site to see what kind of properties are in Morocco, and i do challenge every one that if visit Morocco with an expert he will be pleased so much, if it's true that there's only the smell of garbage and goats y did Merakkech city is overloaded by europeens and the area of Tetouan its all been sold to foreigns peoples too.
