This XML sitemap will update each week and ping google when it's been created. It includes all CMS and IDX pages.

It's automatic, we update your XML weekly and ping google with your domain to tell them that the sitemap has changed. Using your Google Account you can enter in your domain and XML file location in webmaster tools and see information there I believe.
