hello everyone,
I'm an agent from Morocco, I've got a great deal on about 10 properties from a client of mine he want to sell all his properties before he travels to Scotland next 15 days he has about 3 Lands on the cost, 2 others for Appartements and about 7 luxury villa's and a Pallace a Land ready to be built for a touristique village... and other and he gived Great prices to sell and also a very good Comission i can find buyers but not for all those properties and not in this short time, i'm confused i don't know how to deal with this because its might be my biggest and largiest deal in my hall life |

There is no magic method to sell 10 properties in 15 days other than lower the price to the point that they are significantly below market value so it looks like an incredible deal.
Here in the states I can't get a lender or title company that can even close a deal in under a month when the client has cash and is ready to move quickly. The only thing you can do is market it as hard as you can. If it were me and that much money was riding on it I'd be on every Radio and TV channel in the country as well as printing up professional looking flyers and web advertisements and putting them everywhere on the planet. Good lucky buddy but I don't see it happening in 15 days...

Lets just say you priced them at half of the estimated value, it would still take longer then 15 days to sell them, unless you found an investor that had that cash ready, even then I would imagine getting 10 properties inspected, surveyed would take more then 15 days by itself. I just completed a record closing that took 3 weeks from contract to closing. It usually take at least 30 days here in Florida.
Good luck, you have a big challenge ahead, at least it will be over quick (15 days)

well I tried web Advertisments and I used all my relations to reach every client ,nvestors or companies thats may be interested to buy, but I have sold to date a 650m land in the city center for R+8 for 650€/meter and an other one of 3Ha in a great place in the city center too but cheaper fo 50€/meter so its a couple good deals, I've made some $$, but its not enough there's still more 8 properties.
The good thing In Morocco that the process don't take too long because all the properties that I've have all their papers and they sell them selves, so Its kinda good for me but i don't think I'll be able to finish in the rest 14 days wish me luck! |

Tell your client to be realistic. If he needs to get rid of all these properties in such a short time he is going to have to list them at very low prices to get them moved. Maybe he needs to auction them off.
Sounds fishy to me. |

Well, the price is already low but the auction is not a good option
