Im in the process of getting the MLS data FTP'd to me. I plan on doing my own search function w/ the data. I don't think I am going to make anybody sign up to search, i don't like doing it myself, and I won't make others do it either. Has anybody done their own or just pay somebody? Now that some of the agents have seen my site, they want me to make their site and then add the MLS search function for them.
