We just signed up for Clear Capital about a week ago and got out first job. It was a drive by BPO that paid $50. Took a total of about an hour to get the photos and do the comparables. I also got to take some nice pictures of the beach that was nearby and a few really nice homes. So we made $50 and got about 3 really nice photos for one of my websites.

I don't know how long until we actually get paid, I'm just happy that they actually produced a BPO for me. It was my first BPO and it got accepted (yay).
