Default XHTML and CSS

Does anyone, besides SEO-GUY, design their sites using XHTML and CSS?

We are preparing to release our first site in that design type in the near future. We are currently researching the final variables of what we want to incorporate in the design.

I've been working on doing my site that way. Takes a lot of time figuring out placement of images and faux tables. I've found some good links for CSS design and great inpiration here

The learning curve for css/xhtml is steep but the benefits make it worth it.

A picture is worth a thousands words. Look at the code on any non-css/xthml real estate site and then take a look at http://broadwaykeys.com. I can't predict for certain but I belive the code from only one site will be human readable.
