Default Contact Management System

Last year I started a Google Adwords Campaign and thankfully it has turned out to be just fantastic. We are generating plenty of leads to go around and now are having some issues with managing those leads. What type of contact management system do you use or recommend. To date, I have used Outlook, Intuit Customer Manager and ACT but none of them seem to fit the bill quite right. Any ideas?

We used ACT and then went to a system very similar but more real estate related called Agent Office.

Can you share some details about Agent Office? Publisher, Cost, Good Features, Bad Features? How is it with multi users?

I have used ACT and Outlook and wasn't pleased either. What does the Agent Office do that others don't?

We just started with TP as well to see how it works for our team. Especially using it to contact our SOI, for daily reminders, follow up calls, inputting new buyer and seller info, etc.

However, the new backend at REW for leads is working well for the leads we get from our new REW site. You can really track to see what someone is doing, when they sign on, when they return, how they got there, what they view, view their saved searches, enter new IDX searches for them, assign leads, set up visitor email campaigns, any personal email you send goes into their note folder, etc...Still learning what it will do and what else it maybe can do or what we can add! So far, it is easy to use and much improved over the old lead system. At some point, I want to incorporate it into our other REW site. Having everything in one location is great and the REW gang is great at implementing new ideas for it! Nice to work with a company that listens to new ideas and has fantastic programmers that can do what needs to be done in a timely manner.

As with any system, you get out of it what you do with it and what you think it is worth to you.

OCTeam.. I have actually spoken to REW about getting my site under their content management system and I plan to move forward this month. I didn't know they had a way of managing contacts and leads. This may just make me do it sooner!!

Hey, theadviser.
Just as a note...My comments about the new lead backend are referring to my sites that are custom REW sites. If not an REW site, doubt they offer it as it is programmed for my specific site (or any REW site, I assume).
It is not a commercially available program for any site.

Adviser;

I'd agree with what has been said above. Most of our Top agents (out of our 120 ) use Top Producer but find that there are areas lacking with almost all of the CMS systems...folks who have used the REW one that I have talked to really like it.

Since the leads our website produces are sent out to the individual agents and teams, I do not directly run the CMS's for them.

Best

Eric

I would recommend looking at Goldmine. It is not completely seamless, but it works will with outlook and keeps track of the good prospects. I complement it with a monthly (actually makes it out every 8 – 10 weeks) news letter sent by a different application provider for all of my leads. I tried top traducer and canceled in the first 30 days. It wasn’t for me.
