Has anyone has had success marketing or selling Fractional Ownership Real Estate in cases where the property was actually advantageous for an educated buyer to purchase? I am not looking for the next PRC to give free trips to baby boomers to close them with a hard sale by the end of their trip. I am looking for the real thing.
