As for the neighborhoods, I believe they are $1USD each a month... $12USD a year.

Here is an example of a neighborhood Featured Listing. It's pretty much a normal listing.. It's just placed in a specific neighborhood.

Just to clarify, if you are submitting a neighborhood listing, the MUST be unique content, you cannot take them from your site or somewhere else on the web. what you and everyone else need to make sure they read is - http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/...arey/747/show/ - it will explain things for you.

Also - Neighborhoods are unlimited and FREE - they $12 a year is if you want the featured spot.

Am I understanding we can do submissions for the directory for specific neighborhoods? I.e, west side santa cruz, or Pasatiempo, or Shady Oaks?

If so how long a write up of unique content( not the same as on my site)http://www.propertyinsantacruz.com/westside.php for a neighborhood?

Is a page or quarter page fine?

Is one doing specific neighborhoods, when they are a subdivision? Not exactly clear. Tell me what you think? Any concrete examples you can point me to?
