How does the website housing tracker .net get all of their data on a weekly basis? Is this information publicly available, or do they have to log into all of these individual MLS for each area?

They provide the following information:

Inventory (SFH + Condo)
and Asking Prices for homes.

I have been to Realtor.com and can not locate this data that is published on a weekly basis.

Can any Realtor's out there point me in the right direction?
