If you are talking about REW Blog install it is 3 hours billable time (1 programming 2 skinning) to install the standard REW Blog - You need to xfered your site to the new Rackspace platform (Which is no charge) before we can do the install.

We can also install either WP or Blogger (Or really any blogging platform) - Install and skinning times will vary between 5-20 hours (Mostly due to skinning it's only like an hour to install WP)

Update:

For some reason, i can't remove the nofollow tags on my blogger blog so I think I'll need to migrate with something else that I can remove the nofollow tag.

Also, do any of the rew templates come with a blog? We're getting close to next years budget for a new site and I didn't notice any that had it as default.
