How important is it to have the Landing Page TitleHeadline Exactly match the Keyword for Google Quality Score/SEO Benefits?
If the Keyword is: Austin Homes Can the Title/Headline be: Austin Texas Real Estate, or Austin TX Real Estate, etc.? I assume the name of the Community/Neigborhood should match as opposed to simply relying upon the Major City's name? Also, does having Links from the Landing Page to different Community/Neighborhood Pages work as well from a Quality Score/SEO standpoint work as well as having a different Landing Page per Community/Neighborhood? And for SEO purposes, would it be recommended to start with the Larger more Competitive Communities with more traffic and higher bids, or the Smaller less Competitive ones with less traffic and lower bids? |

I think you are actually trying to discuss 2 different things PPC and SEO, as they relate to each other in this context, the 2 are irrelevant to each other - what you do from a PPC perspective should have no bearing on your SEO.

Thanks for the Reply.
Then from a consideration to one or the other (PPC or SEO), what would you suggest? |

Well it would really be up to you. If your looking for instant targeted traffic, I would suggest PPC. If your looking towards a long term goal of being on the top results for your targeted terms in natural search, I would suggest SEO. You even could do both.

Thanks for the Reply.
I guess to better clarify my Question to the previous Reply, if I chose PPC what would be the Answer to my Original Question...and then if I chose SEO what would be the Answer to THAT part of the Question...since the previous Answer seemed to indicate that PPC Quality Score issues and SEO would have different Answers to that Original Question relating to the Landing Page Title needing to match the Keyword. |
