Exclamation Greetings from Destin, Florida again!

Hi: I hope everyone is doing well. Thanks again for all the input on http://DestinFloridaRE.com in the months past. I thought you might want to take a look again at the newly redone version.
Thanks again for any comments.

Regards,
Mike

I like the fact that you simplified it, but Im not sure that the Blue on green will be the easiest for many people to read. Although they are good Destin colors, many of the searchers in Destin are older people with money to invest in a getaway condo, or second home so keeping the elderly in mind, I would honestly go with black on white or something with more contrast for the text.

As for the SEO effort, you are attempting to target way to much on the homepage to make it effective for any of them.

Each area has its own personality and its own information so break your areas into sections, that way you dont have to deal with trying to stuff all of your areas into your index page. You could Target like "destin homes, Destin condos, destin beach property" on the homepage, and then similar "south walton" keywords with your south walton page or directory. Check Out Ed's site for inspiration if you like, you will notice he is #1 for almost all those areas + real estate because we broke the effort into sections as opposed to overtargeting to many terms with just one page.

One other thing, size or font style changes on mousover are very distracting - when you mouse over some of your links, they change shape and thus displace the text. To me this looks very unprofessional. Its fine to have mouseover effect on links (Color change, underline etc) but dont have any effect that displaces your layout.

Cheers
