I have made several posts on the forum but have not gotten around to introduce myself till now.

My name is Frank and I am a web developer in South Florida specializing in css/xhtml design architecture and IDX integration. I use frobn as a screen name on several forums such as http://support.open-realty.org/ and http://www.national-real-estate-dire...-estate-forum/ where I am a frequent contributor.

My present project is a group of several web sites known collectively as The Broadway Group. The first is ready to go live and is at http://broadwaykeys.com/ I have started on the second at http://broadwayrealtyfl.com/. The design at this site is temporary and will not be the final design.

My goal is to have an attractive site, balanced with content and focusing on the important features that make the site user friendly and search engine friendly such as:

constructed with web standards - css/xhtml
user friendly urls
fully integrated IDX/MLS
dynamic titles and meta descriptions for all listings
high search engine visibility
article content module
plus many others features

I don't know if it's a concern for you but I noticed the code for the two (2) sites in your post doesn't validate.

Can you elaborate?
