Default mls rss feed for neighborhood

is it possible on your mls to get a feed for properties within one single subdivision and have them show up on that subdivisions community website via an rss feed?

You would need to check with your MLS board, but I highly doubt it - Most MLS boards have very strict rules with regards to syndication of Broker owned content, besides, how would RSS from your MLS help you, it would link back to the source for the details pages - perhaps you meant more like an XML feed etc.

Who is your board?

The trouble with RSS feeds is that they are a form of syndication or redistribution. MLS's are VERY protective of their data and often quite wary of technology they don't know or have control of. That is why I agree with Webmaster in saying you are unlikely to have permission for RSS from your MLS. I do know that at least one MLS we deal with is looking to make their own RSS feed, but it is akin to the framed IDX versus a custom: it will be generic, controlled by the MLS, and provide only the basic needs for your own website.
