Can anyone tell me what a typical commission is in the Branson, MO area? My parents own a cabin there and will be looking to sell soon, but are trying to get their ducks in a row on the numbers first.

You will be better served talking to a couple top producers in the area and seeing what they offer as far as commission. You often get what you pay for. I charge more commission than many of the agents in Panama City Beach Florida selling condos or real estate. One of the advantages they notice is when we get to the negotiating table.
