Hello All,

I am working on filling out a HUD-1 for a short sale. Therefore, I have to show the bank that the seller is not making any money off of the purchase, which is the case. I am giving the listing agent a 3% sales commission, which I want to be included in my offer. So for example, my offer of $100,000 includes the commission being paid to the listing agent. How do I show this on the HUD-1??

All the help I can get will be appreciated!!

Line 700 - 704 on the second page at the very top covers real estate commissions.
