I think I have just a handful or minor things. So let me know how it goes time wise:

• I have a new logo that I would like to upload in the top left of my header.
• I would like to move my "atlanta real estate blog" from the bottom section to the top.
• on ryanwardrealestate.com/search-mls, under Step 4, I would like two checkboxes for "pool" and "basement". For pool, I would like all fields except "none" to pull and for basement, I would like to pull everything except "slab".

If this is under $150, go for it. If it's more, please let me know.

Sounds good. Let me address the design-related elements.

- Adding in your new logo should take no more than 30 minutes. (Please supply the logo)
- Moving your "Atlanta Real Estate Blog"... do you mean moving the link to the top of the left navigation, or the "Atlanta Real Estate Blog" content section to the top of the homepage? This should just take a minute either way. Please clarify.

- I will allow programming to address adding the "pool" and "basement" checkboxes to your ryanwardrealestate.com/search-mls, under Step 4. I don't imagine it would take more than an hour. Please await our confirmation from a programmer, and we'll have the above placed into production.
