If your local Board does it's MLS through Solid Earth's "List It" system, there is a "Gateway" feature that allows you to add it's IDX solution to your website for $11/month.

This is actually what we use for our Panama City Real Estate website. The code is fairly simple, allowing you to add it to wherever you want on your website.

The code is as follows:

The only thing you have to add is your URL to your main MLS Search page that you can get from the Setup section of the MLS.

These IDX search pages are only to be used by authorized members of the Panama City MLS unless they give direct authorization, so showing everyone how to do it is not advisable.
