hi in the shuffle to get the new blog out, think this got lost. I want to have a "post card" for lack of a better word for when my listings get sent to a client. They look naked on a white background and the unsubscribe looks almost emphasized.

Aaon and I think Kim told me about an hour each, but have not heard from anyone in 2 weeks. I would like to talk to some one first regarding possible samples. What do the custom sites have for that?

Also not sure where I am on the site vs the customs. We have this site www.propertyinsantacruz.com about 80% where I want it and need to find out if there is any reasonable benefit on an upgrade. I asked morgan a week ago, but know he is snowed. Thanks
