Default Top blogging cities

Austin, Portland, San Francisco/Oakland/San Jose, Seattle/Tacoma and Honolulu are the top blogging cities in the country. 15% of Austin residents 18 and older read or contribute to blogs regularly. This is a good read for anyone blogging in top cities. It isn't just about blogging, but other tech stuff including high internet usage, owning and using PDAs, etc. Check out the article by Scarborough Research here: http://www.prnewswire.com/cgi-bin/st...4689226&EDATE=

Thanks for the find Sam. More importantly though:

I think no one blogs in KC or it seems like that. We are a little slow up here. My family and I gave up the newspaper for blog readers a few years back.

Sometimes I feel like I should be back in Austin when I hear stats like that. Here in South Texas, very few agents know what a blog is, let alone contribute to one. I have been doing a little research about expanding into the next county when I get my broker license. Most of those agents don't even have websites. Imagine an agent without a website???

Seattle is where it's at for blogging. It seems like everyone is a blogger and reads blogs. Heck we even have grandma bloggers here.
