Hey all,

I am a REALTOR in North east Pennsyvania, I don't see our mls listed as one that has been used by REW to build a custom IDX. AS I am going to be in the market soon for a custom IDX, I am very interested to know if my MLS can accomdate a custom IDX.

Our MLS is called Flex MLS, and there site is http://www flexmls com/

I always thought that Flex MLS was a data provider that MLS boards hired handle the data. Real Estate Webmasters has some clients that have their IDX feeds coming from Flex MLS - and the data from them has been very clean and reliable. Contact your MLS and ask about gaining access to the Raw IDX data feed.

What you need to ask them about is a "raw data feed" - typical formats are ftp or RETS - XML is a less popular option.

We will have no problems working with any feed - so if it is available, we can handle it for you.
