I live in Costa Rica but am planning to buy an investment property near Phoenix. Any suggestions on what part of town? I was there last week and the place seems to be growing fast...Any comments on the rental market? Thanks
Would be glad to answer any questions on Costa Rica , have worked here for 5 years.. |

What kind of investment property? Single Family or Multiple Dwellings?

What does one do for "entertainment" once one gets to Costa Rica? I mean there must be some real culture shock. I'm not very materialistic so I might have it a lot easier than the typical American, right? You can contact me at avisprobob@yahoo.com. I ck that a lot more often than this here. Thanks. Robert |

Go to Queen Creek or Anthem is drying up. Go to Peoria and Glendale. They're putting in a Six Flags there and the new arena!!! AZ is awesome! Let me know when you're ready to aquire the loan, I study the market here and investors typically love working with me!

I would avoid Queen Creek or Anthem. Now that inventory is way up, sellers are lowering prices and very motivated to sell. Investors are holding vacant properties and ready to sell, plus foreclosures are up. It's a good time to buy in Phoenix.
