Every realtor should have a way to display both thier own listings and the listings available to them from their local MLS providers.
Please use this forum to discuss how to implement MLS feeds, or create IDX solutions as well as discuss how to properly promote said listings on your website.

The first is a basicframed MLS is the least expensive Example... The second uses frames but more intelligently for better integration Example... The third method is the gold standard for full integration into the web site and maintains the site look and feel. Example... I am preparing a howto for incorporating the MLS frames in a web site along with other free resources which will be ready in the next week or two at: http://cssdesignmagic.com/free-resources.html |

Up until recently we were using standard frames. With our latest facelift we started using "iframes."

"The IFRAME element is very similar to the FRAME element but is designed to be used in a BODY element instead of a FRAMESET. It defines a frame which takes place in the document flow, the way images inserted with the IMG element do. IFRAME is a text level element, it does not cause a paragraph break. Just like a FRAME, an IFRAME can be targeted, and navigated independent of the parent document." ---W3C
