My Broker has paid the fee for the data feed from our mls, its $600 a year. Do I have the right to use this data feed or do I need to also pay the $600 per year?

Is this something that is mls provider specific? I guess I should just call them.

It is MLS specific yes, each board has their own rules, but I can almost guarantee you that you are not allowed to use another members data feed (Brother or not)
