Default Idx

Has anyone heard of or used 1ParkPlace for your IDX. I'm thinking about using them. Please any feedback. I dont have a IDX on my new REW template website yet.

Haven't heard of them. I use Wolfnet and am happy with them, but I am moving to a REW IDX this month.

My goal is to have REW's IDX sometime this year but I cant afford it now. So I am just looking for an alternative until then.

I have had good results with listingware, but am in process of converting to REW and can't wait!

I have a friend who uses parkplace1 and he seems to be ok with it, affordable idx and works, not as effective as REW or MLSfinder, I would break out the charge card and invest in a functional and above average idx solution with all the bells and whistles, it will pay off in long run and probably much quicker in short run as well.

Dallas Broker, I was looking at MLSfinder too but I don't think they have a Contact Manager such as Drip Email Campaigns. Do you know if they do?

I have clients who are and.or have used 1ParkPlace. Some like it, some don't. Their support seems to be dependent on your MLS. SoCal seems to be pretty strong for them. They nickel & dime you to death if you need community specific searches built, which you can do yourself with REW snippets. 1ParkPlace charges a setup fee plus monthly maintenance for each one. By the time you build up a substantial library of them, their costs can easily exceed your initial REW IDX setup fees. They also cannot integrate Google conversion tracking with their IDX registration process, a major problem for my AdWords clients, but then neither can most of the other 3rd party IDX vendors.
