I recently started a home buying advice site that focuses on using the net efficiently to find homes and mortgages and insurance. It also has mortgage calculators including some I haven't seen before like an 80/10/10 loan calculator.

Something else I wanted to mention for the agents on these boards is that I made a tool to add a mortgage calculator to your site. It's for those who aren't technically inclined but can cut and paste into an HTML page.

Just use the form to adjust the colors, hit the update button, and then copy the HTML code into your web page. When the user hits the calculate button, it will bring up a new window with the results. It's a promotional tool for my site since it's basically a fancy link back, but I think it's useful to agents web sites also.

If you have any problems getting it to work or requests getting more fully featured calculators, just send me a PM.

My parents want me to do a combo loan calculator for ARMs too. I might get around to it someday.
